Amazon Algorithm Change 2017 How To Set Up Back End keyword 250 Characters Indexing

▶ Start Your Brand on Amazon
▶ Grow your brand on Amazon
▶ Scope Keyword Research
Before these recent changes, you had 5000 characters to play with but now you have 250. It’s not all bad though and it’s a level playing field.

From initial testing I have found the below points to be true:

1.Amazon is now indexing back-end keyword fields for a maximum of 250 characters.

2.YES, I hear you 250 total and that’s across ALL back-end keyword fields and not 250 per field.

3.The 250 character limit is not including spaces but it will count commas so don’t include them.

4.If you exceed 250, then the search term field is ignored and that includes the first 250 characters.

5. keywords in the title and bullet are still getting indexed and the title has the biggest impact.

  1. Good idea!!

I am an amazon keyword research expert since 2014. Still I am using AMZdatastudio tools for amazon keyword research service. Really the tool is very useful for amazon keyword research service. The tool always help me to do complete my amazon keyword research service in short time.
AmzDatastudio has two great tools that sellers can use the tool to find out their competitors' best performing ppc keywords and organic keywords. Now you can promote our website based on these 2 features.

  2. Hello. Thank you for this informative video. I self-publish children's books on CreateSpace which are then sold on Amazon. I'm not an Amazon Seller because the books are POD via CreateSpace. Do you have any updates or information that could help me with keyword search, or any recent changes Amazon may have made?

  3. I'm not sure how it works but I have 800-900 characters on each row and when I paste any row in Amazon, it shows my product, doesn't it mean they are working?
